how Swapzee works
To successfully use Swapzee, follow these essential steps for optimal results.

Sign Up and Membership
Begin by registering on Swapzee to establish your membership

Curate your digital wardrobe
Upload clear photos of your garments and provide detailed information for each item using our online portal.

Activate your account
Add at least three garments to receive a minimum of three points, enabling you to start browsing. Swapzee points let members view garments and add matching apparel to their wardrobe in the community.

Discover and Select Desired Items
Browse the platform to find items that match your vibe. Click the “SWAG!” button on a garment to express your interest. The selected member will be notified.

Swag and Finalise Details
List or view shipping information and decide your preferred shipping method. Shipping is based on your location and must be set for direct shipment.

Receiving your swagged item
When your package arrives, go online and mark as received. You can rate the quality of the item.
Uploading Your Picture Guide
- Choose a preferably clean white background (white sheet, door or white wall)
- Make sure lighting is good – try to avoid shadows
- Arrange each item neatly, make sure there are no wrinkles, or use a hanger
- Take the best photos you can with a camera or your phone
- Capture any unique features, patterns or stitching – show full length of item.
