It's about sharing and discovering fashion in a fun, sustainable way! A platform to swap, share and give your clothes a second life.

It’s easy! Simply register on our website, then start posting and swapping. Take a photo of your item, share to your wardrobe and watch the swapping magic unfold.
Every time you post an item you receive a ZPoint – the more you post the more points.
The only thing you will pay is a small shipping fee for the item to be sent to you

Swappers have 3-5 business days to send and then it is via normal postage timings.

It’s simple: for every item you post, you earn ZPoints.
1 ZPoint = accessories (hat, scarves, gloves), T-shirts, leggings, babywear
2 ZPoints = Trousers, Jeans, Shirts, Blouses & Knitwear, Casual dresses
3 ZPoints = Formal Dresses, Outwear, Jackets
Points will be automatically added to your account and the time of posting. Once you have selected the type of product the allocated points will appear in your account.

Nope! Swapzee is different. When you post an item, you get access to all members wardrobes and what items they have posted. Unlike traditional swapping platforms, Swapzee is a one-to-many swap system, so you’re not limited to one-on-one trades.
If someone ones to swag on of your items, you do not need to swap with one of theirs.
However, we do encourage you to swag more than one item per wardrobe to help minimise the carbon footprint.

Swag – to take another person’s item from their wardrobe that you like for yourself.

• Never pay retail again—swap items for free (just cover a small shipping fee)

Swapzee is an inclusive circular fashion community for everyone.

• Clothing (of course!)
• Accessories (bags, jewellery, scarves, hats)
• Vintage pieces with a story

Clothing or accessories can be gently used, unworn, brand new with tag, and generally in a wearable condition. They must clean and no stains.
Basically, anything that you don’t wear anymore but would be comfortable gifting to your bestie.

• Undergarments, socks, and hosiery/tights
• Used bathing suits (only new with tags)
• Non-wearable accessories (only things like wallets, handbags, sunglasses, and jewellery)
• No shoes

Once you swag an item and it arrives, it’s yours to keep. Of course, you can always post it back later to share it with someone else if you wish.

Swapzee.com.au is strictly a swapping platform—no selling here. It’s about sharing, not reselling.

Yes, swapping is free! But to keep the swapzee.com.au platform running smoothly and ensure everyone has access to this awesome community, we charge a small subscription fee for operational costs.

As the person receiving the item ("swagger"), you pay a small shipping fee to get your chosen item.

Once you select an item and finalize the swap, fill in your shipping details.

The current owner of the item will receive an email with the shipping label. They’ll print it, attach it to a Swapzee mailer bag, and send the item to you.

• The shipping fee you pay will also be temporarily held from the swapper as a security measure.
• If the item doesn’t arrive or isn’t clean and wearable as described, your shipping fee will be refunded.

If the item arrives in good condition as expected, the held amount will be released back to the swapper.

• Explicit or inappropriate content
• Harassment or bullying
• False information
• Intellectual property violations
• Impersonation
• Privacy violations
• Graphic content

Any sign of this behaviour and we will take you off the website and subscription.
Remember we are all here for the same goal and to build an amazing community of sustainable clothing swaps. Any serial offenders who constantly send unusable swaps will be taking off the website and subscription will be canceled.
